1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- During festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, order processing may take an additional 2–3 days.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999 (India only).
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge may apply, visible during checkout.
- International shipping (if applicable) is charged separately based on location and order weight.
3. Delivery Time
- We deliver across India through reliable courier partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your shipment from the “My Orders” section on our website.
5. Packaging
- All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof boxes to ensure safety during transit.
- Each product is carefully wrapped to prevent scratches or damage.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, and phone number) are entered correctly at checkout.
- TARAKANCHAN is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at support@tarakanchan.com.
- In case of a missing package or delivery dispute, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
8. International Shipping (Optional Section)

- We currently ship internationally to selected countries.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- International delivery timelines vary from 10–20 business days depending on destination.
