REFUND POLICY

At Tarakanchan Silver Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Please read our refund guidelines carefully.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Note: Refunds are not applicable for size issues, personal preferences, or general wear-and-tear.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale, discount, or clearance items
  • Customised or personalised jewellery

In such cases, refund requests will not be approved.


3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  2. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you
  3. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will arrange free reverse pickup
  • If the customer wishes to return for personal reasons, return shipping must be self-paid

5. Order Cancellation Refund

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
  • COD orders are not refunded unless delivered and returned as per policy

6. Exchange Instead of Refund

If the customer prefers, we are happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

8. Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to approve refunds
  • Minor differences in colour or design due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
  • Handmade items may have slight natural variations
